VINIFICATION: Grapes are desteeming and crushed. The pulpy mass is pressed and left for 2 days at 10ºC to clarify. Fermentation takes place for 2/3 weeks at 14º/16ºC. Cold stabilization and filtration
AGING: 9 months in french wood and bottle.
GASTRONOMY: seafood, cataplanas, fat fishses, pasta, pizza, all sort of cheese.
Description
It has a tropical and floral bouquet with scents of Pineapple, peach, orange flower and vanilla. In the mouth it is creamy and elegant with a pleasant finish.
Best served at 12º C
