VINIFICATION: Total removal from the stack. Fermentation in stainless steel vats under controlled temperatures of 23º C. 20 days maceration.
AGING: 6 months in French and American casks

Description
Ruby colored wine with fruity and floral aromas with emphasis on plum, involving aromas of vanilla and spices. In the mouth it is velvety, fruity, complex and fresh, with a persistent and aromatic finish.
Open, let it breathe a little and serve at a temperature between 17º-18º C.
